June 2020 walk

A walk around the hay meadows of Hope Bagot. Our very own Steph Mocroft will be on hand to provide insight on the flora we see. Expect wildflowers a plenty.
Start and finish at Hope Bagot Village hall. Post code SY8 3AF. Grid ref SO 58897 74021
Meet at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm start.
Having recced the walk at a fairly leisurely pace I expect the walk to take around 2-3 hours
The going is fairly easy but there a half a dozen or so styles to cross.
There is one field of young cattle and a couple with ewes and lambs so I’d advise against taking dogs.
The weather forecast looks good at the moment but please come with suitable footwear and attire for the weather and local conditions. Also please observe social distancing where possible.
