August 2020 talk – Cancelled

The meeting advertised for August has been cancelled, due to continued uncertainty over the Covid19 pandemic.  We hope our meeting programme will start up again soon, we will be monitoring the situation and will keep you posted. I and the committee thank you for your continued support and hope to see you all healthy and well later on in the year.

This months presentation will be given by Cath Landles, a community & landscape Officer for the  Shropshire Hills AONB.  She will be telling us all about this diverse and dramatic landscape that sits right on our doorstep and the projects and initiatives that the AONB partnerships carries out to conserve and enhance the natuaral beauty of the Shropshire Hills.

The main speakers talk will last around an hour. There will then be a break for tea, coffee and biscuits (included in the entry fee). Any announcements will then be made and finally the evening will finish with a short talk, on a topic of their choice given by one the group members.
